One of the most common questions I get asked by new eBay sellers is, "What should I sell on eBay?" Unfortunately the answer they're looking for is some specific product, I can't really tell everyone to sell the same thing, people write different ads, list at different times, etc, which means some people may be successful selling that particular item while another is not

The best and most profitable way to find what to sell on eBay is to first find what's already selling, what people are looking to buy. Then it's a simple matter of finding that product at a price which is profitable.

So, where do you begin. There's a lot of places, we'll go over four of the best ways.

The first one is eBay itself, they have a Hot items list they put up for download every month, and if you're a subscriber to my eBay riches course you already know where to get this.

The second place is also right on eBay. If you go to keyword.eBay.com eBay shows you what people are searching for(again I show my subscribers how to use this tool), and what people are searching for means they are looking to buy, since of course people go to eBay with the intention to make a purchase, which is one reason why it's such a huge opportunity for people who want to work from home full time or in their spare time for some extra cash.

The third way is again, on eBay. It's called eBay Pulse and it shows the most popular products. They are ranked by the number of people who have clicked "watch this auction" for those particular auctions.

The fourth way is to use other sites like Yahoo Buzz or Amazons Top products lists. These are great ways to see what the market wants and what they are actually buying.

Always remember, sell what people want, not what you think they want and you will make far more money!
